- “From the Inside Out” by Hillsong United: I fell in love with this Christian praise song when the worship band at Snowbird played it.
- “Viva La Vida” by Coldplay: This new hit from the British band Coldplay is addicting to listen to and sing. Oh, and it was on the latest iPod commercial too.
- “Say (All I Need)” by OneRepublic: After enjoying the “Apologize” remix from Timbaland and “Stop and Stare”, I bought Dreaming Out Loud (review coming soon) the day before I left for Snowbird. The beginning track is a pretty good song.
- “Apologize” by OneRepublic: I’m beginning to like the original more than the remix because of it’s mix of violins with everything else. And no “Eh, eh, eh!”
- “Thrilller” by Michael Jackson: When I first saw it, I enjoyed the short film that was the “Thriller” music video. But the song is pretty good too.
- “What I’ve Done” by Linkin Park: The credits song in Transformers was used in a skit at Snowbird and really hit home. It’s also a pretty good song too.
- “The Scene and Herd” by Relient K: The second track from Relient K’s latest output The Bird and the Bee Sides, under the heading The Nashville Tennis EP, is a great guitar song.
- “The Vinyl Countdown” by Relient K: Also from The Bird and the Bee Sides, “The Vinyl Countdown” comes from an EP of the same name that was released exclusively on a 7″ vinyl record. This points out the fact that “no one knows what vinyl is.”
