- “Tonight” by FM Static from Critically Ashamed: A sad song but very well done. Trevor McNevan, the lead signer of FM Static and Thousand Foot Krutch, really shows off his vocal and songwriting skills on this track.
- “Break Free” by Decyfer Down from End of Grey: A pretty rockin’ song that I enjoy a lot. And also a great anthem for Christians trying to “break free from this disease.”
- “Party Song” by Emery from I’m Only a Man: A fun song that is hard rock too.
- “The Flame in All of Us” by Thousand Foot Krutch from The Flame in All of Us: A great guitar song that should be on Guitar Hero of some kind. Maybe it’ll show up on Guitar Praise…I hope so.
- “More Than Useless” by Relient K from Mmhmm: A great song (no, duh) that is probably going to be in the opening credits to my next film.
- “She Is” by The Fray from How to Save a Life: One of the least known singles from the smash-hit album that included AC hits “How to Save a Life” and “Over My Head (Cable Car).”
- “Definitely Maybe” by FM Static from What Are You Waiting For?: Another sad song. But as a friend said, FM Static is good at making it seem not too sad, like in “Tonight.”
