You may have seen there are several different categories to my blog posts. This may help.

Concert Notebook: I don’t go to many concerts, but when I do, I drink Dos Equis. I kid, but I really don’t go that many concerts. When I do, I’ll try to write about my thoughts about what I’ve heard. My first was on a Relient K, Sherwood and Deas Vail concert I went to in Raleigh before Christmas break ’10. I will try to list them all here.

Movies: After my God, my second love is movies. I will post my reviews of movies I see in theaters and sometimes out of theaters. As a potential filmmaker or film critic, I see it as necessary to write these.

Musical Notes: Music does a lot for my life, especially my walk with Christ. I love Christian music. Sometimes you will see posts on here of me writing about how a song means something to me spiritually or otherwise. My first post was on “Breathe In Me” by Aaron Shust one of my new favorite songs. I will try to do one every week if possible, but don’t hold me to that.

Ransomed Ramblings: There are other posts I may have where something I have read in the Bible or something in another book I have read will affect my thinking on something or make me realize just how great God is. I would like other people to see the things that I’m seeing if they haven’t already as I see is as a witness to the greatness of Christ to others. My first was recently about a quote from John Piper that I came across while reading his book Don’t Waste Your Life.
